Your partner may get scared or confused because you may have greater expectations than he can fulfill. Probably he would assume it would go on like that for the rest of the relationship.

You have to make him desire your approval. For that you also have to prove him that it’s worth trying to win you over harder to do so. Even the intimate relation depends on great communication skills. You've got to let him know exactly what you feel even when the chemistry between you is at its highest level.
