@seun, in this case, tidiness is equal to health and safety.  You really don't want to be messing with wires. besides, it looks like the house is rigged onto one phase.

After looking at that picture health and safety is the same as tidyness. A lot lose wire in an electricical fitting is a compromise to health and safety standards.

Man that stuff PAY AS YOU GO  no fit work.i tell how did u want people living in FACE ME and FACE ME use that.i don't even understand that ideal. that ideal will not work at all not in these LAG.so i suppose is rumour.After all were not billing by services were are paying per month.

I'd say anything pre-paid WILL ultimately cost more than a monthly / quarterly billing option.
