Is it for a console? If so, which one? XBox 360, Ps3, XBox, PS2, or Wii? Or is it for PC gaming?

You won't find them because they aren't being produced. You'll have to buy a used one in mint condition or call Konami and order a brand new one. You'll still pay the full price though. I'D go with Winning Eleven 7 International instead of 5, 6, 8 or 9. WE6 is almost as good as 7 but 7's still awesome. As for player/team updates etc, there is a USB type hardware formatted for the PS2. Get the data file off the internet, load your game with the new data and save it to your memory card.

I suggest you buy from Amazon or gamespot. Depending on your regional hardware (PAL or NTSC). The PES from my understanding is a revised WE and harder (realistic).
