Whats Your Opinion:n8500/month For Nysc Or N100,000 To Start Up A Business

Hello Nairalanders,i sat down one day and wondered if it would'nt have been preferable for the govt to just consider young graduates and give them the whole 8500 for the NYSC year in one lump to start up businesses of their own and forget the entire scheme rather then majority of them waste their one year achieving very little.What's your opinion on this. 100k and forget the scheme or 8500/month for one year probably in a strange land.
