plz don't commit sucide cus if u do u will be sinning against God,
don't abort it because u will be killing an innocent soul,
don't keep it because u are not ready for it yet.
but have the place where the baby will use as a passage on the 9th month cemented and be carrying her for the rest of ur life because to be candid with u the baby is a very wicked soul he/ she quiet understands that u are not ready for kids yet before he ran out of heaven and force his/her way into u.

If i found myself in this situation, I'd definitely keep the baby and ignore the father.
Of course i know people who have aborted such pregnancies, and still others who have kept them, but personally speaking, I'd keep it.
Of course there are some who would consider the woman " devalued", but when one door closes, you never know which other one will open, has always been my opnion.
