Before anything, I give kudos to honsule for sacrificing a lot for Nairalanders. I've been through hell trying to get the celtel activation and that's why I want to help out here.
To activate your line, send your mail address to honsule and he'll give you the code but the main rules are as follows:
-Never post your celtel mobile number online for activation.
-Do not mention anything to customer care about activation or giving your number to them.
Celtel suspended the whole activation thing and they block any particular number they could lay their hands on. If you'D broken any of the rules above, probably your line has been blocked and the only solution is to get a new celtel line to activate because that's what I did and now I'm enjoying!

I guess honsule will send it to you but just to let you know celtel is billing which means no more awoof. Pray my hack research succeeds or someone else saves the day by helping us out.
