Achohol Kills

From my observation here in england,nigerians seems to be the least achohol loving africans,most other african people i meet here that are not nigerians consumes achohol like the russians.Kudos for us nigerians because achohol kills,it eats you up from the inside by destroying your vital organs and when they are messed up,you are as good as dead.

Yeah,minimal,every now and then,but the best thing for the heart is a good exercise and positivity.
