Was It Fair For Togo To Have Sacked Keshi
« on: February 14, 2006, 03:10 PM »

According to the bbc sports website

"Togo's Football Federation (TFF) has sacked national coach Stephen Keshi.

The TFF's decision was announced during a television programme in Lome on Monday.

Federation officials stated that differences between Keshi and key players of the national team had forced them to take the decision"

I do not think it is really fair for Togo to have sacked Keshi after all he had done to make them qualify for the world cup. He did not get any support from Togo's FA during this nations cup tournament. So many Managers will be rushing to get that job even though there is no chance for togo getting 1 point or even a goal in the world cup. Well Keshi should come back to naija

Well it may not be fair but they've made their decision, one thing is if the team losses or doesn't do well in a tournament, all blame is laid on the coach and he may end up fired
