The training providers I know are http://www.learningtree.co.uk/ and http://www.parity.net/ but it depends on what courses you are interested in and if will the course fees will be paid for by your employer or yourself.

If it's just for the exam, then colleges or smaller training providers are the best option. What certification exams are you interested in?

The British Computer Society deal with ECDL certification in the UK.

They should be able to provide details of centres where you can take the ECDL exams.

Regarding the A+ exams, you can contact
Prometric on 0800 592 873 (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 GMT) or
PearsonVue on 0800 7319 905 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.).
They both have a list of A+ test centres and can give you details on costs etc.
