it's believe that processed food is taking de centre stage in homes. how healthy is it to depend so much on processed foods. hear say na em dey cause diseases.

No. That is why there is so much furore over GM foods. You cannot replace naturals in any way.

Depending on processed foods will increase your rate of cancer. It's better for you to eat fresh and natural things because they lack the preservatives that can be hazardous to your body. A lot of times, processed foods take out some the the natural vitamins and minerals to maintain certain bodily functions and processes.

TO some extent due to preservatives but too much consumption isnt good 4 d body.don't eat whatever u bought in its can,very dangerous.
