i would say fish,
more over too much of red meat is not good.

I don't knowtoo lazy to look lol. But fish is a better source for protein as red meat can be high in bad fats. But at the same time, red meat is a good source of iron, so if you stop eating red meat, look for an alternate source.

Fish definitely is much proteineous and more benefotting to your body!If you must eat meat,eat Bird meat,guess u will understand what I mean by that like chicken,turkeyetc, talking about it makes me to salivate seriously,give me fish y'all Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Both Fish and Meat are good source of protein. But fish is better as it has no side effect as meat Cool

Both has excellent source of proteins. Specified: fish and liver (meat) are best one!
