I empathise with you on your situation but if the doctor says you don't need surgery, then i suggest maintenance therapy. Lots of women do have fibroid growths and still have babies, if that's your worry. I would suggest a diet rich in B-vitamins, eat lots of fresh vegetable salads and include fresh garlic and tomatoes - lots and lots of them. Garlic is antibacterial in action.  Fibroid size and number are predictive factors for recurrences. As most recurrences occurred after two years, it is recommend that patients be monitored clinically and that imaging be for more than two years after UAE. UTERINE ARTERY EMBOLISATION.

Fibroids are not very difficult to shrink now especially with natural methods.Even with some types of food you will shrink fibroids.
