i'm not too good with all this phone softwares but i suppose it will be a micro sd. i discovered that nokia 5300 needs a memory card, i want to buy everything at once (the fone and the memory card), so it's the one needed by nokia 5300 if you know which of the cards that is. thanks

Why not buy 1g if it is the microsd, that costs about 3500 while the 2g is about 7000. It's expensive.

wysiwyg,hope i got your name right.thanks for being such a great help. called slot today and was told they didn't have a "2g micro sd" and said their 1g card is ^6,500 (too expensive o). i really agree but i really love listening to music and would like to buy a card. i intend to buy my fone tomorrow and if possible, the card. pls if i buy the 1g card can i upgrade later or will i have to buy another later?  tank u |

who said? i no be cash money or anything i just like buying from these shops that have names to protect or are trying to build a brand name. i bought the 5300 today at parktel. i hope their fones are good cos PTV and SLOT didn't have. i'll call u to make more enquiries about the memory card though u haven't answered my question, if i buy 1gb will i upgrade or have to buy 2gb when i'm ready? |

@ pixie wassup to answer your question some shops might offer trade-in where you bring your memory card and they'll give you a larger memory and you pay the difference but then again most dealers won't offer this service. So just set your mind on buying a new memory besides the price difference isn't much if you stop to think about it. Besides i haven't come across a 2g memory card thats original pls if you do pls let me know where you find one and how much its going for. Ciao. (I'm posting from my mobile my thumb aches)
