I don't know what the actual prices are in nigeria. However the prices vary by brand and size.
Based on some quick number crunching I would expect a Philips Plasma HDTV (50") to retail for at least =N=300,000. This is just my opinion. Hope that helps.

there's no such thing as a 21 inch plasma TV. @poster if you want to buy a TV, get it outside naija. I bought a brand new Samsung 37inch LCD HDTV for 777 euros (approx 130k) in the Netherlands hope this helps |

Please!!!!! Please!!!!! Do not buy plasmas outside Nigeria. I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from the US and had to pay an extra N62,000 customs duties, excluding cost of shipping. you really don't save much.

Well, i came back into Naija with a pal of mine, i was carrying my 37 inch LCD, he had a 32 inch LCD. we breezed through customs without paying a thing. They tried to make us pay, but we pointed out that it was a person item. N62k is too much any way u look at it. Why pay more than N10k sef? |

I bought my Samsung 23" Plasma LCD at the rate of 220k in Port harcourt.
You can get it at a lower price in Lagos though and again the price also depends
on the Marketers.

I think the mistake I made was shipping through DHL. I didnt just carry it s hand luggage. So I had to pay the duties.
