I dont think that phone supports internet gprs because opera mini only works on internet gprs compatible phones, but if you really want to use that application i suggest you get a sony ericsson cos opera mini works best on sony ericsson phones.

6131 is both Wap and internet enabled. What 6131 lacks in application readiness; it made up in media impression. Maybe there's an apn I'm supposed to enter as earlier said but I believe unto every problem, there's a solution.

Ok try using internet.ng.Celtel.com as the APN and internet as the user name and password and if the connection fails try it again for about three times.

First of all, what network are you on? Is your line provisioned for gprs(not wap). Do you have the gprs settings on your phone? Now if your line is provisoned and you have the gprs settings operamini would work (without a doubt) because operamini uses gprs not wap and as long as the settings are available (which would include apn ofcourse) it would connect. So solve the basic problems which are provisioning of your line and gprs settings, then you'll be able to use operamini. Ciao

First make sure you activate your line for internet access.
Create your personal config and set your access point to preferred access point.
Create access point account setting your apn to internet.ng.celtel.com and internet as username and password.
Launch your opera and feel me,
