Am I Employable With My Exemption Nysc Certificate?

Hello this site always gives me food for thought and i thought this should be brought to the fore. Grin
Do individuals who are excempted due to over age (>30), marriage given exemption certificates? and if yes, are they considered for employment like other NYSC discharge certificate (<=30)?
And if they(employees) don't, what do we do? reduce our age (affidavit etc) or waht?
