I've noticed you guys are betting according according to the teams you support. That is the easiest way to lose money. Also, you have to look at the prices to decide which ones will be profitable for you.

Yeah. You have to look at the prices. I was talking
about backing Tevez at 20/1 because that's a massive
price.

how you can fund it.

I don't use softwares to bet on footaball. I use
my football knowledge. It's just a hobby for me
and not a business.

Okay. Here's my final for this weekend. I've
got 2 of them.

Arsenal to win Arsenal v Fulham

Chelsea to win Chelsea v Birmingham

Everton to win Everton v Wigan

Man Utd to win Man Utd v Reading

Draw on Aston Villa v Liverpool

I'll have £5 on that for £52.75 returns.

The next one.

Arsenal to win Arsenal v Fulham

Everton to win Everton v Wigan

Man Utd to win Man Utd v Reading

Liverpool to win Aston Villa v Liverpool

£5 on that for £26.95 returns.

I hope I don't start the season on a
losing note.  Undecided  Undecided  Undecided

That is 200/1. So you will win £200 if you
bet with £1. Plus your £1. That is £201.

If you're confident, go for it.

hello akinlabi whats the difference between odds in decimals and the ones in fractions.and how is the earnings on each calculated.

Re: Football Bets Of The Week
« #50 on: August 12, 2007, 06:53 PM »

decimals are the fractions in decimal form.  ie. 2.50 is 5/2 for instance.  on sites like ladbrokes and will hill you can actually specify which ones you want.  highly unfortunate about akinlabi's accumulator this evening.

You always say the begining of the season is difficult
to predict.

How would you have predicted Everton beating Spurs yesterday?

Blackburn 0  vs Arsenal 2

Liverpool 2 vs Chelsea 1

As for Man Utd, they really didn't start well but I see then back to winning ways.

You don't have to predict the correct scoreline
you know.

Just the outcome will be alright.
