Dear All,

The growing popularity of ICT / GIS technology is helping boost the profile of traditional geography and other field of humand development. GIS provides an avenue of turning Geographic Knowledge into Actionable Information.

I have a degree in Geography and did  a short stint in Ghana at ESRI partner office at Accra for 5 days. I currently work with an oil coys in PH. My concern is about the awareness of many Nigerians about the career opportunities available through this couurse.

hi.
good to hear from a gis practioner. i read geography too and did msc in gis also aplied to State and Local Governmen ,Archaeology Map, Chart, and Data Production for now searching for a pproject to work on it is a very inters aspect of ict.
