  By the way, why do you guys (travel agents) always give unregistered mobile telephone numbers or email addresses that can be abandoned at anything, Don't you have stable land lines and office addresses?

I would never deal with a business, based solely on a cellphone, and an email address.

Most operate from their cars (if they have one) or even street corners.

Long live smartphones, that allow wireless internet browsing. . . .
