Final Report Indicts Police Commissioner In N21.6m Scam

FORMER Commissioner of Police (CP) in charge of Budget Office, John Obaniyi, has been indicted in a final report on the failed bid by some senior officers to move public funds out of the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
