Police Officer From Delta State In Human Ritual Scandal

Police arrest ASP, two others over ritual scandal

LAGOS—Detectives at the State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID), Panti, Yaba, Lagos are probing the circumstances surrounding the involvement of a serving Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in a ritual scandal which is rocking the state command. Already, both the Police officer and two of his alleged accomplices have been arrested over the scandal which Police authorities described as “very messy and dirty”.

Police sources said the officer who is attached to Lagos State Government as an out rider was arrested by his colleagues at the Falomo Barracks inside Lagos after the lid blew open over his ritual activities.   The officer was alleged to have been extracting sperm from teenagers living in the barracks which he collects with handkerchief and uses for ritual purposes.

Father to one of the under aged victims who refused to have his name in print told Vanguard at the State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID) in Panti where they had gone to make statements with their children that the officer who hails from Delta State has been involved in the game for long unknown to people.

According to him, “What he was doing was to lure under aged male children to his shop where he operates a video club and makes them watch lurid blue films.

''He usually entices them with gifts and subjects them to hours of watching men and women make love and as soon as he notices that they were having erection, he would massage them and later collect their sperm in a white handkerchief.”  ports said the angry parents immediately confronted the officer after which they raised alarm which attracted other residents in the barracks.

Many of the parents had subjected their teenage children to enquires after which it was discovered that no fewer than fourteen of them, aged between twelve and twenty years, had undergone the same ordeal in the hands of the officer and they subsequently invited the Police at Onikan who arrested the officer.   The children were not able to expose the officer because of his continued threat to kill them and the gifts he had been showering on them.

Vanguard learnt that when pressure became too much for the police at Onikan station, they quickly transferred the case to SCID, Panti where detectives commenced investigations.  When contacted over the matter, the Deputy Commissioner of Police in-charge of SCID, Panti, Mr. Leye Oyebade told reporters that he had nothing to say to anybody until he gets clearance from the Commissioner of Police.
