Hi, You did not mention the type of phone you use, you'll need to activate first before you can enjoy the service. But generally you can send "SETTINGS" as a text message to "3888" you'll get connected to GPRS services automatically if your phone supports such connection. Just try that.

Its is possible to activate a sagem phone but u have to do it manually first u have to activate ur sim send the message to activate ur sim using another phone model then activate ur phone manually
