Source code for voice recording?
Look, I assume you're a hardcore developer. What do you want to use the software for - i.e. what kind of hardware are you using with it (windows and pc microphones or more specialised studio hardware?)
I will be very impressed if someone on this forum has access to such - we have some source in my office, but it won't run on a windows pc, and it's also heavily copyrighted - I could get fired/prosecuted for distributing it.
Let me know your total requirements, as well as what you want to use it for, and I'll see what we can get for you. (if it's some commercial product, the chances are that you'll get a heavy lawsuit)

@ Banderas well, this is a pet project of mine, seen voice recording softwares such as Sonic Foundry's Acid Pro and Sound Forge and was impressed at the way they function, I was like; "Why can't I be able to do something like this?"
I would prefer that it runs on a Windows OS and of course, have provision for a compartible input device (microphone, MIDI{optional})
