you want to be a software programmer and you dont know how to spell. Your biggest challege will be

syntax error
undefined variable.

Seun, out of curiousity, why python? I hate that language. I'll rather use perl, or even normal shell scripting with sql for development over python.


Okay, that was an exageration, but I'm simply not quite a python person. C++, perl and sql perhaps. Java, absolutely.

Python is easy to use.   I prefer to spend my time thinking about my programs rather then fighting the compiler. Wink

Hmm,  very true. I guess it all depends on the scope of your programming. I sometimes tend to write code that's really busy yet crucial, so I need the ability to use my code to allocateb and reference certain resources in certain way in order to maximise throughput, so C++ works for me.


But mate, when I get bugs, they can indeed be frustrating. It's the trade off,

if i will advice you, you can try python programming. it's well to do but you have to be patient.
you will be building softwares like music converts, pictures editor softwares and all you can think of
