ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY, AKUNGBA-AKOKO

All candidates who have applied for admission and  made Adekunle Ajasin Univeristy, Akungba-Akoko their First or Second Choice in the 2007/2008 Universities Matriculation Examination, UME, held in May, 2007 as well as Direct Entry applicants for the 2007/2008 academic session are hereby invited for Pre-Admission Screening. It should be noted that this screening is a mandatory requirement for entry into Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba- Akoko.

Eligibility
(i)   All UME candidates who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko their First or Second Choice in the 2007/2008 Universities Matriculation Examination (UME) and have a minimum aggregate score of 180 in the May, 2007 Examination are eligible.
(ii)   All DIRECT ENTRY candidates who wish to be considered for admission into Adekunle Ajasin University for the 2007/2008 Academic Session are also eligible to apply.

Pre-Admission Screening Time Table
The schedule for the Screening is strictly as shown below:

This schedule is applicable to both UME and Direct Entry Candidates.

Method of Application
Candidates should download the screening application form from the University's Website, www.ajasin.edu.ng
The form can also be collected from:
1.The Academic Affairs Office, Adekunle Ajasin University Campus,
    Akungba Akoko.
2 Adekunle Ajasin University Liaison Office, Alagbaka Quarters, Akure.
3. Adekunle Ajasin University Liaison Office, Owena House, Sodeinde
   Street, Central Area, Abuja.

Candidates are requested to bring along the following for the exercise on the day of Screening:
(i)   UME Result slip/On-line score sheet.
(ii)   Direct Entry e-Registration Acknowledgement slip.
(iii)  Completed Screening Application Form, with two recent passport-
       size photographs attached.
(Iv)  Bank Draft of N2,500.00 drawn in favour of Adekunle Ajasin
       University Akungba-Akoko to cover as the following:
                        . Administrative charge of N2,000.00
 ·  Result checking voucher (to check result on-line)
     N500.00.
 (V)    Writing materials  (Pen, HB Pencil and Eraser).
The Screening exercise, which has a written component, shall commence
at  9.00.am. on each day on the University Campus.

Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for screening as scheduled automatically forfeits his/her chances of admission into the University.

Candidates can check their results on-line two weeks from the date of this Screening Exercise. For more information, contact the Academic Affairs Office, Adekunle  Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko.

I have checked the school website wothout success on how to fill the form,  Please kindly reply on how to fill the form.

My name is Oguntinde Hakeem, i wish to become a student of that University 'Adekunle Ajasin Univeristy Akungbe', Can anyone help me with the infomation on how to pay for Adekunle Ajasin University Post UME which will come up by Semptember 8, 2007,  Since i reside in Lagos and the distance from Lagos to Ondo is quite far, that makes it impossible for me to come down to ondo before sept. 8, please can you please help me to inquire from the school if the N2, 500 bank draft can be paid in favour of the school here in lagos and to which of thye banks should one pay it?
