vickybabe am not judging but seriously i don't think that is healthy at all, but don;'t always listen to others about your weight, know hat your proper weight should be and work towarsd that and once you are there don't mind whta anyone says.

@vickybabe, I used to be like that with the breakfast thing, your body has to get used to eating breakfast. so start off with something small then work yourself up. Breakfast is really important even if it's like the cereal bars.
