I single out just one group as the best looking, though what I can say is that the South Eastern girls as a whole are the best looking on average in Naija and possibly the whole of Africa. The Yoruba have nice booties though.

I don't know why people are getting offended from what hero said.
He didn't say Yoruba's are ugly. He only said you can tell them apart and it's true. I'm not trying to be offensive but i can tell Yoruba apart from Igbo, Hausa, Fulani etc.
And there are some Yoruba's you couldn't tell apart from others(For example: Banky W,  Dbanj, Sauce Kidd etc).

Just cause someone told you they can tell you apart from others doesn't mean they are trying to insult you or call you ugly. I didn't read anything from Hero that stats he believes Yoruba are ugly. All he said was he can tell them apart from others. Neither did he say Igbos are beautiful. All he said Igbos have a distinct similarities to African-Americans.

And for squinty eyes thing, I'm Igbo(you already can tell from my name) but I used to have squnity eyes. People used to tell me i have chinese eyes. I grew into it(I guess). I haven't heard it in awhile.
My sister friend looks chinese(And she's igbo too). Her eyes makes her look like she's half chinese or something. My sister's boyfrined has squinty eyes also and his ghanian.
I mean people can get squinty eyes(doesn't matter what tribe,I think i'm not sure).

Everyone is beautiful. I've seen pretty Igbo, Yoruba, Edo, Hausa, Fulani, etc people that are beautiful. Doesn't matter what tribe.

People needs to stop ganging up on hero(All his doing is saying his knowledge of DNA) even though he did sound insulting sometimes but his just showing his knowledge of DNA.

If you know igbo history. You'll know our features comes from Different African tribes. Igbo tribe is a mixture of alot of African tribes in North, East, and Central Africa.  Since the People we now know as Igbos are people that ran away from Slave raiders and Arabs from North, East and Central Africa. So our look is because of those group of people mixed up with each other and created the tribe that is known as Igbo.

I mean since you know so much about Igbo people and our features. I also want to tell you of our history and how we got that features.
So some of the igbo tribes features can also be found in some African tribes where our ancestors orginally comes from.

I'm Yoruba but I have never seen a set of female so pretty like the Fulani/Hausa. Thank God, my wife-to-be is one.

I am Igbo (mixed Race ) and am proud to be what i am but i still think beauty is in the eye of the beholder depends on what rocks your boat.

As for Hausa and fulani and etc being prettiest thats if you prefer light skin but hey am igbo and mixed race so last time i checked am not from the north

Any African who looks pretty has to be Igbo, according to him.

I'D been wondering how long it would take him to check out your picture and tell you you're either Igbo or mixed with an unknown amount of Igbo.


If you're related to AA he'll definitely tell you that's where your Igbo blood is from.

Care to expantiate on this part of your history?

I'm curious because the current opinion seems to be that the bantus in other parts of Africa spread out from the current Cameroon/Nigeria region where they were originally located thousands of years ago.
 
Of course at the time these people wouldnt have been Igbo but rather more like one of the forebears of the peoples and tribes around southern/southeastern Nigeria.

There's another article somewhere that states even during the slave trade, the regions called Igbo back then, werent exactly the same as the one of today.

I got that information from Wikipedia and a book about Igbo History.
I'm not sure if it's true though. You can't trust some people when it somes to African history but that was the only book and website that seems to explain some stuff about Igbo background.

Anyway that's where i got it from.
