please, go to British Council office(available in some states, e.g. PH, Lagos, Kano, etc.) or website check their contact address. Check out their website: http://www.britishcouncil.org/nigeria.htm
Then Place your cursor/mouse on Learning at the top left of the page, then place your cursor again on Exams in Nigeria, Then click on GCE/O-A LEVELS. Sure you can find your way out on the website.
