i think the topic on this forum should be the cleanest city in Nigeria excluding Abuja,
Reason: Becos we all know that Abuja is now rated among of the best/fastest growing city in African, the word best there entials: clean, safe, hosptiality e.t.c

I also think, the person that made this topic, did not put Abuja into consideration before posting it

i 'll give it to Calabar; the governor is really doing some work in that place. Port Harcourt is a disgrace, the roads are filled with pot holes wherein mud has been trapped. With no drainage and blocked gutters, it stinks during and after each rain fall which falls almost all the time. The areas around ikwerre road (including diobu). The dumpsites are overflowing with toxicity and stench. Can you imagine me praising God on sunday with one hand in the air and the other covering my nose because of the fumes from a dumpsite about 7km away from the church.
