Anyone using Glo Direct Internet services?
« on: July 05, 2005, 06:06 PM »

I saw an advert for Glo Direct, and I want to know more about the service.  I would like to know how fast it is and whether it is advisable to buy the GPRS modem or use the normal Glo GPRS service.

glodirect offers you gprs internet  which means you can browse web on your phone, use 3rd party applications to access the web, use e-mail client on your phone, use your phone as a gprs modem to browse web on your laptop or desktop @ 35kobo/kb peak and 20kobo/kb off peak.

It's as fast as the normal GLO GPRS but you have to sign a contract to use it.
