Hmmm Ms Agbula ! please come back and defend your results, we the students of 'Next Prime Number Please:' are interested in how u managed to dish out 50 Prime numbers like that Questions like - How long did it take you to calculate each PM? Wot method did u use in working them out? Or did u consult Mr WWW? most obvious answer i sppse, but rest assured u are innocent until found guilty !

MEANWHILE WHILE WE ARE WAITING FOR AGBULA'S RESPONSE, THE NEXT PRIME NUMBER IS 2083

Amigoz, go back to the basis and am sure u'll remember, prime number to be a number that can only be divided by itself and 1.
Well, it did not take me hours to generate the primes for i use it often to generate bio- statitics data on the project am handling for a firm using this program:
// arbitrary search limit limit ← 1000000
// assume all numbers are prime at first is_prime(i) ← true, i ∈ [2, limit]
Thus, the next prime is
for n in [2, √limit]: if is_prime(n): // eliminate multiples of each prime, // starting with its square // 2n, 3n, …, (n-1)n already eliminated // nn, (n+1)n, (n+2)n, … to be eliminated is_prime(i) ← false, i ∈ {n², n²+n, n²+2n, …, limit}
for n in [2, limit]: if is_prime(n): print n
Thus, the next set of prime are,
2089
2099
2111
2113
2129
2131
2137
2141
2143
2153
2161
2179
2203
2207
2213
2221
2237
2239
2243
2251
2267
2269
2273
2281
2287
2293
2297
2309
2311

Sorry, I would have love to generate another 50 prime's but I'm running late for the XPERIENCE.

@ Amigoz, i just hope my primes are right. But before the prof comes let me quickly point it out to you that your 2361 is not a prime number. It is divisible by 3.
