I Have never doubted Kanu's usefulness. But for his stamina issues,I have always thot he would have been one of the top 5 players definitely in the Premier League.
I don't see David Nugent putting Kanu too long on the bench. He is at best a very good Championship player, and at least a mediocre Premiership scorer.
