Browsing the internet with your GSM sim card requires can be done in two ways:

Firstly, you will need to get:

(1) a Shak Pod - this is a modem with which to browse conviniently

(2) A 3G compatible sim card - this is different from the normal sim you use because it is unlimited

(3) A computer system

If you need it on more than one system say for cyber cafe, then you will need more than one system which must be networked.

Secondly, you can use your normal sim card but you will need
(1) a good phone with GPRS capability and in-built modem

(2)Internet connection software

But this I will not advice you to do because of the following:
(1) It is more expensive because the first option no matter the number of systems you are using will cost you just =N=400 per day for 24 hours
(2) Your phone will be serving as the modem, so will be at the risk of contacting virus on internet
(3) Anytime you are on net people will not be able to call you because the line will be busy. etc

Note:

Many people have started making money from this by establishing cyber cafe in remoute areas with less costs. eg if you have say ten (10) systems in your cyber cafe and you pay =N=400 a day for 24 hours, that is, about =N=40/day on each system you can charge as low as =N=60/per hour, let me just stop here, calculae what your profit will be.
