Advise Needed Urgently

fellow landers,

please does any body have an idea of working conditions in dana group of companies.i am currently working in an engineering company but i got this offer in dana group. Salary wise the pay in dana group is less by 6k,but in the place I'm currently working,there is no job security as their job is contract based though they are having good contracts for now,payment of salary doesn't come as and at when due and u can't rise from present post to anything higher.Also,their is no yearly salary review.
Is dana group working condition better? Please i need your advise so that i know which step to take.
