Yeah coolminded, thats a brilliant idea. I have experience in what you have on mind. Its a cool idea though. But i would advice that you open such somewhere on the mainland. The highland is very competitive and it just seem like there is nothing new on the highland but with the mainland that would be new. Give it your best shot. I would be available if you need any advice.

My Advice is don't forget the following.

1. Look for someone already in the business and bond with him in other get all possible experiance from the person.

2. Get a feasibility study, its sounds funny for the kind of business bionrut those are the things that really count in business.

3.  Research in to the market and study the environment

4. Visit other clubs and do what I call social gathering that is make use of the services and take your observations

5. Check if you will be solving  a problem or need by going into the venture and be passionate about it.

6. Be positive about it and dream a big dream for the venture.

Quote: Help others get what they want and you will be wealthy and successful in all ramification.

the only problem that i have with ur rather unconventional style of business is the time,  clubs run 24/7 , barbers saloon don't usually open 24 hours , and the resturant , should close at 12, so that u can have real clubbin, having a club ny a resturant a t 12.00am aint cool,

It's a great initiative because the three businesses would compliment themselves.
However, location would determine price, clientele and value. play the matrix well.
then running a club in Nigeria really means being creative and re-inventing the wheel
a lot. you have to attract a slice of Nigerian celebrities and keep bringing new things
except the hype would fade. also Nigeria needs really big clubs, not the present small
ones.

Hi,

The barbing salon and restaurant seem quite an excellent idea, they are the kind of business that runs for many years, the night club is also a good idea but the thing with all night clubs is that they tend to have certain shelve life, when it's new people will flock in, but problems might start as soon as a new club opens, you might have to work really hard to then draw back your regulars, in most cases most goes down under but not all, make sure you do lots of research, watch out for competition and remember location is very important.

Hey guy its a good idea. Well Abuja, Port-Harcourt and Calabar are also a good place to start this sort of business. I'll prefer calabar town for the Club and Bar since its a virgin land. try calabar and you won't regret. Holla at your boi!!! Grin Grin Grin Wink Wink Wink
