it depends on your menstral cycle.for example if u complete a mensrtal cycle in 25-26 days,and your last mensis started on the 1st of the month,u wil definetely menstrate on the 26-27th of the same month.so,before u conclude that u menstrate twice a month,first study and understand your cycle.diff women has diff cycles.some even has cycle as long as 35-38days,such people wont menstate every month based on lunar calender.

Yes, it's normal, depending on the calender on your monthly cycle. If you had a period at the beginning of the month, let's say, 2nd of october, it will be normal to have another one on the 27th if you have a short cycle of about 25 days.
