Explanation Needed On - "Much Ado About Nothing"

Please I am not a Literature stdent.  I need an explanation and meaning of this statement " Much Ado About Nothing".  I always finds it rather confusing and diffcult to understand it.

Hi fesco am not a literature student also but i can tell so much about novels and shakespear "much ado about nothing" simply means making a mountain out of mole hill that is what supposed to be treated as something quite simple is taken as a serious matter.
