The question here is more to do with a lack of communication, than anything else.

So, your wife called you a liar, so? Don't tell me you haven't called her worse! And, as for coming on here to ask advice for something so trivial is actually worse than her doubting you, and calling you a liar.

I don't agree a wife should agree with everything her husband says, if she thinks / believes it's false, just because he feels he's the head of the house. Man and wife should both be free to say exactly what they feel.
