GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:           
 1. Obtain a N1,000 Teller for Adminstration charges and a Scratch Card from either Inter-Continental or IBTC Bank   
 2. The bank should ACTIVATE your payment to enable you fill the Application Form in the next page   
 3. After completing the Application Form, click on SUBMIT button to confirm if your Registration is successful. If not, do as you are directed by the system   
 4.

 
 On successful Registration, the completed Application Form will be displayed with your Passport Photograph. Print two copies of the Application Form for submission on the day of the Screening Exercise on SATURDAY, September 29, 2007.   
 5. Please check and note your FORM NO. on the Application form.   
 6. Also note that you are required to submit a copy of your BANK TELLER on the day of the Screening.   
 7. On successful Registration, you can print your Application Form any time by selecting appropriate option from the Availble Tasks in the next page.   
 8. Finally, your SCREENING CENTRE will be indicated on your printed Application Form.
