i totally agree with you.why can't our celebs be natural?do they hav to fake irritating accents that sounds that terrible?what is most important is  if they speak correct english, that is what counts. alot of them are guilty of it. sauce kid accent puts me off completely.it sucks.

There is no fake accent.

Accent is accent depends on how you choose to pronounce your words. Should they speak like area boys in Oshodi with their deep voices before the would sound Nigerian please Angry

nigerian celebs should learn from genevieve, she is the true role model for naija celebs, originality is bred in her

now like someone said earlier, speaking good english doenst necessarily mena they are forming an accent, the 2 should not be mistaken, a lot of words are wrongfully pronounced by majority of nigerians including myself, but mostly people who are big in english grammar get the right pronunciations via oral english classes and so on, so even though i agree most celebs are stupid with their fake accents, i have noticed another group of them are genuine with their english speaking which is sometimes confused like they are forming (e.g. eucharia anunobi)

Ramsey Nouah. Every time i hear him speak i cringe. That accent is ANNOYING. He actually went on Mnet and bit his tongue trying to blast that phoetics. Dummy. There are ways to sound cool without picking up another man's way of speaking.
