@orobo 50cl,
How bodi? I was wondering why it took you soooo long to predictably quote that line and play games with it. No wahala, here:
In case other catholics missed what pilgrim wrote earlier on, i go replay her cassette

Lol, @cgift, I was a Muslim - and hated Christianity with passion
Now shey we don see the kin
monster person de deal with? Person wey talk say
she hate christianity with passion? Una know wetin e mean to hate something with PASSION? NOW SHEY DE CLAIM SHE BE CHRISTIAN SO THEREFORE, SHE MUST HATE ANOTHER THING WITH PASSION (CATHOLICS).
Lol. . . orobo, I wonder how many people would be taken in by your jokes above. I hope they have the basic education to differentiate between
past tense and
present tense. When someone uses the words "
was" (in 'I was') and "
hated" (in 'hated Christianity'), it is not the same thing as saying "
am" (as in 'I am') or "
hate" (as in 'I
now hate'). Even from the same paragraph where you quoted the above, it is clear that I made this statement:
"Yes,
I've experienced Him in a supernatural way - and
still do today."
Second, I never claimed to hate Catholics. Many Catholics who can be honest have read my posts where I categorically discouraged anyone with a 'Christian' badge trying to attack another Christian with bedevilled language. I've never sought to make any replies when Catholics assail
me - because it only reveals their true character.
At the same time, I've always tried to be objective in my discussions; and if Catholics feel that they have no answers from the same Bible they often claim they wrote, and therefore read my rejoinders as 'hate' and 'attack', no worries. I simply wish them well, and ask them to remember what Jesus Himself said about religious people (including Catholics) who refer to Christians as 'devil' or 'winch'. See it again:
Matthew 10:24-26 "The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord.
If they have
called the master of the house Beelzebub,
how much more shall they call them of his household?
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed;
and hid, that shall not be known."
Okay - there. Any Catholic who likes to call pilgrim.1 all sorts of names - whether 'devil', 'winch' 'Jezebel', etc - should remember two things:
(a) by using such language on another Christian, you declare exactly who your are (Matt. 10:25)
(b) real Christians do not need to fear such people calling them names (Matt. 10:26), because
whatever is false as pretending to be the 'truth' will be exposed!

This is the reason I simply smile when people call me names. I pray for all such, and trust that those who truly love the Lord Jesus Christ will have an open heart to seek after His truth. His WORD never fails.
Cheers.
