my sister yes o, my roommate had to unplug the smoke detector because it wouldnt stop going off.  I blanched the palm oil for a good 20minutes smoke filled the whole house.
we used 3green bell pepper, 1.5 tatashe, 6 ata rodo, small onion mix in blender roughly then added it to the palm oil, cook am then added iru and small pieces of meat and dry fish. 

I think if we make it again i will cut back on the rodo 6 is too much i taught my tongue was going to fall off.
