Some rice and beans cooked together, fried some stew with plenty of onions then I baked up the chicken hmmmmmmmm it was delicious, I had some homemade cold ice tea Kiss Kiss Kiss

i got a new george foreman grill so grilled salmon and saute green bean/roasted potatoes, fell off on eating healthy for a while.

My people,

na pasta i cook oh.  I no get stew or soup for house and to make the tin tire me.
I just made stewed pasta(low fat).

Required Ingredient
Pasta
Salt
Seasoning(your choice)
Pepper(good for you if u are a tru nigerian(omo naija rere))
onions
chicken strands,tuna,corned beef
mixed vegetables(u don't have 2)
Vegtable oil

U just put the pasta in a pot, add water, allow 2 boil for 5minutes, change the water (2remove starch),add salt, add your seasoning,add onion(thinnly sliced),add sliced pepper or dried grounded pepper,add chicken strands, tuna or cornbeef,add mixed vegetables,add vegtable oil
Allow to boil for 10minutes, mix together.

Ready to go!

for breakfast:
i cooked this recipe i found on Onlinenigeria.com : Spicy scrambled eggs


for lunch:
fried rice and some baked corn


for dinner:
pounded yam (the one that comes  powdered) and obe ila. . .


and ofcourse, i made sure i worked out to lose those calories  Grin

snazzy its an Ijaw recipe.i don't know how to describe it.
well,its basically like u peel and boil some unripe plantains,then add your fish and every other peppersoup ingredients.when its done, (for me though,)i dish the plantains sepertely add a dash  of palm oil on the plantain and voila its ready  Cheesy
