the effect of too much of food on body weight could cause excessive weight, this leads to body dissatisfaction since a lot of people want to loose weight. we should learn to watch what we eat and engage in physical exercise

Food is a major contibutor to body weight in most cases, foods that contains lots of sugar can make u add lots of weight.
