Fortwin!the Killer Addictive Drug

well am at a crossroads,i have somebody close to me who is addicted to this injection,all monies that he has has gone into feeding his addiction.can someone please tell me how to contact nafdac on this issue.thot maybe it was an isolated issue until somebody told me about her friends mother.dont even understand wot this drug is for but its very harmful as its addictive.
