I once read- I think in a newspaper - of a property company planning a sheme whereby they pay the lump sum - 2 years + agency + legal - for their clients' accomodation rent and allow the client to pay back an agreed sum monthly.
I'll appreciate anybody that has any information on any such organization to forward it.
