GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:           
 1. Obtain a N1,000 Teller for Adminstrative charges and a Scratch Card for N500 from either Inter-Continental or IBTC Chartered Bank to register online   
 2. After completing the Application Form, click on SUBMIT button to confirm if your Registration is successful. If not, do as you are directed by the system   
 3.

 
 On successful Registration, the completed Application Form will be displayed with your Passport Photograph. Print two copies of the Application Form for submission on the day of the Screening Exercise on SATURDAY, September 29, 2007.   
 4. Please check and note your FORM NO. on the Application form.   
 5. Also note that you are required to submit a copy of your BANK TELLER on the day of Screening.   
 6. On successful registration, you can print your Application Form any time by selecting appropriate option from the Available Tasks in the next page.   
 7. Finally, your SCREENING CENTRE will be indicated on the Application Form.
