Guy, to me thats a problem of the past, I go for at least 30Mins before releasing and its about doing some practice. You try not to release when it comes though it could be difficult. If you stop it for two time it wont come again untill after about 20mins which you can still try to stop again to go even longer. I still have more skills joo and you can contact me for more info.
Drinking wine too helps especially udeme and shine shine bibo. Can you get tombo around you then drink it man and go far in life.

If you don't drink, then practice the first option and you'll be ok. The cure is you discipline yourself and try not to realease as it would want to come. Its really a hard task but it pays off after sometime. You can go longer that way.
DO some physical exercise quite often to be able to breath fine. When on the sex session, let your mind not be all there at te same time, do it as if your have not yet started. occupy your mind somewherte else. More simple tips for you to practice. Go and practice this an d tell me your result immediately after. No mind them, all na work. Afterall all work and no play,

a piece of advise, when you are about to come, stop for a while. take that time to look at your partner or whatever for your blood to cool alittle then you can continue, trust me it works. by the way most girls don't like the long long at a stretch type it gets boring and tiring.
