This thread is meant to celeberate those goals we will never forget.Of course there is always that "GOAL" by Zidane at Hampden Park,2002 champs league finals. Then there's this goal Seedorf scored while he was at madrid, the shot must have come from 40metres out.that Beckham goal from the halfway line still ranks high on most people's list. I'll stop here and give u guys the chance to fill up the rest.Let's bring those memories back.

and of course there is a rarely mentioned goal.it was scored by finidi george against congo in the USA 94 qualifiers. A brilliant solo effort. One of the best goals to have been scored by a nigerian while in an Eagles shirt. the game itself ended 2-0 in the favour of the Eagles. Edema Fuludu got the other goal.the game was played in Enugu.

I've got a bunch of older ones, not in order of preference 1) Owen vs Argentina @ France 98 - A deep mazy run from midfield 2) Roberto Carlos vs France @ 1997 Tournoi de France - Swerving bullet freekick 3) Amunike vs Zambia @ 1994 Nations cup - A long pass from Oliseh, control and half volley 4) Kanu vs Brazil @ 1996 Olympics - Tee up, turn and shoot. 5) George Weah vs Verona @ 1996 Serie A - Picks up a loose ball in his box, runs the entire pitch and scores here's a clip. http://footballcommentator(dot)blogspot(dot)com/2005/11/george-weahs-greatest-goal.html6) JJ vs Karlsruher @ 93/94 Bundesliga - We all know this goal 7) Maradona vs England @ Mexico 86 - No, not the hand of God. Another very deep run, beat 7 players I think. That's it for now

Dennis bergkamps goal against Newcastle- he flips the ball round a defender while backing him and side foots into the net. I remember that clarence seerdorf goal for real madrid.
Also Ronaldos goal in 2002 world cup- wher he drop kicks the ball into the net.
Kanu's goal against middlesborough-
And one pele goal where he passes the ball in between the legs of three players before he beats the keeper.
henry's goal against Man-u - he' flips the ball up turns and loops it over the head of barthez.
michael ballacks goal against ac milan- this present champions league
Ronaldinho's freekick against england- that retired David seaman
Ronaldinho's dancing goal against chelsea at stamford bridge.
this was is an arsenal traning goal sha- kanu nwankwo dribbles three defenders to the ground and dribbles the keeper to the ground before placing it in the net. It was a traning goal but it was so good it was shown on sky sports.
Rivaldo's midfield shot for barcelona. The ball travels from midfield right into the net.

That goal was actually two touches. It was a long diagonal pass from the halfway line. Dennis was on the right hand corner of the penalty box, Ayala was rushing towards him. He used one touch on the inside of his right boot to control the ball through the legs of Ayala. The second touch was a shot into the roof of the net. I believe it was one of the top 5 goals of France 98 along with Oliseh's vs Spain Owen vs Argentina

Goals! Goals!! Goals!!! Seen quite a lot of them. Jayjay vs Kahn in Karlsruhe (kahn will NEVER forget that goal) Ryan Giggs Vs Arsenal (Who can beat that) There is this pure magic that Zola and Poyet did again Sunderland one year like that (Kola please remind me the year ). A freekick and Zola chipped the ball for Poyet to meet it mid air with a wicked shot. ClassicalOliver Bierhoff's header @ USA 94 against Mexico. Campos was left to catch the post with the wicked header. Why didn't anybody remember that Paul Gascoigne classic @ Euro '96? The match against Scotland! GREAT GOAL!!! More to come.

In 1992, Okocha moved from Neunkirchen to German first division club Eintracht Frankfurt, signing as a professional the following season. Over the next four years, Okocha would hit the net 18 times, including one of the most spectacular goals in Bundesliga history. In the 87th minute of a game against Karlsruhe in 1993, he dribbled through the entire defence before beating goalkeeper Oliver Kahn to score what was subsequently voted Goal of the Year.

For me who was in school last season I will say on what I ve seen this season
1. Dinhos goal against Chelsea at Nou camp where he tore on 4 defenders and scored. I ve never seen such a goal! 2. Drogba goal using his left foot amid defenders only caught my eye. 3. Igwe's one touch in the air during Aston villa match was unbelievable 4. Dinho,s free kick at Stamford bridge and despite the heavily built wall the ball just went into the net. 5. E,too headkick became a goal 6. Cant remember if he is Simao of benfica but his Headkick saw liverpool out!
The list is long and with time I will tell you!
