Technique is the most important thing!! However, that being said, size can matter some to some women. But bigger is not always better. My man has run into women that could not take him . . . neither got much out of sex that night!!
I was married to a man who had neither size nor technique and I believed that I was incapable of the big O until my new man showed me that it was just a matter of the right buttons being pushed . . . omg! a woman should not be over 40 before she discovers that she CAN feel . . .
All in all, I would rather have a talented man with less equipment that a well endowed man that did not know what to do with it . . .
